Return Policy 

At Bridget Organic Herbs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy below:

- Returns are only accepted for defective products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
- No refunds are allowed. We only offer exchanges. We do not offer refund on any of our products.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
