Order Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items in good time.

If all the items you ordered are in stock, we will process your order within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment.

During peak periods or busy times, order processing may take up to 4-5 business days.


We will notify you via email or SMS when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

Courier Delivery

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery times depend on your location:

Gauteng: 1 to 3 business days

Main cities and towns: 2 to 5 business days

Outlying towns: Up to 7 business days

Rural areas: 7+ business days 

Important Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

If your order includes out-of-stock or custom-made items, we will contact you to advise on estimated dispatch times.

Public holidays and weekends are not counted as business days and may impact delivery times.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on your location, parcel weight, and the courier service you select. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Use this to track your order directly with the courier.

We are an online-only store and do not offer collections at this time.

All orders are dispatched from our Boksburg warehouse.

We ship to any address in South Africa and selected international destinations.
