Directions to use:
Infusion: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2.5g (1 - 2 teaspoons) of leaves. Infuse for 10 - 15min. Strain and drink three times per day, as hot as possible.
For inhalation: 1 heaped tablespoon of flowers and leaves. Infuse and inhale the steam under a towel. Repeat several times a day.
Foot bath: 2 handfuls of leaves, infused in warm water. Soak for 20min. Do not use for longer than 4 – 6 weeks per year.
