Benefits of elderberries 

 Boosts immune system,help reduce colds and flu, contain anti inflammatory compounds, support healthy cholesterol and blood pressure, high in fibre and help prevent constipation, improve skin, helps with depression  and treats acne. 

Directions to use:

Decoction: 1 - 2 teaspoons in 500ml of water. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 10-15min. Strain and drink three times per day.
