Nettle Stinging Root

Nettle is a powerful cleansing and detoxifying plant that strengthens and supports the entire body. Directions to use:

Leaves: Infusion: Pour 1 cup of boiling water onto 1-3 teaspoons of herb. Let it infuse for 10 - 15min. Strain and drink three times per day.
