🍵 How to Brew Your Herbal Tea – The Bridget Organic Way

Infusion / Tisane (for Leaves, Flowers, and Soft Herbs):

• Use 1–2 teaspoons of herbs per cup.
• Pour boiled water over the herbs.
• Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy hot or chilled.
• Sweeten with honey if desired.

Decoction (for Roots, Seeds, Bark):

• Add 1–2 teaspoons of herbs to 500 ml water.
• Bring to a gentle boil on the stove.
• Remove from heat and steep for 15–20 minutes.
• Strain and serve warm or cold.

For Herbal Mixtures:

When using a pre-blended mix (e.g., our Detox Blend or Womb Wellness Tea), simply use 1 teaspoon of the blend per cup and follow the appropriate method (infusion or decoction) based on the herb types.
